Will Barras (www.willbarras.com) is a founding member of the Scrawl Collective, a group of artists from the UK who came together in the late 1990s under the guiding principle of "Hand B4 Mouse". His style features subtle wash backgrounds combined with a strong line style that is as effervescent as it is sure. "Health & Safety" displayed a series of new paintings and illustrations inspired by music, bike culture, 1970s sports illustrations, and grand larceny.
